Ingredients
- 10 Green Cardamoms.
- 5 Black Cardamoms.
- 3 big Cinnamon Sticks.
- 15 Cloves.
- 6 tbsp Coriander Seeds.
- 2 tbsp Fennel Seeds.
- 2 Strands Mace.
- 1 Nutmeg.
- 2 tbsp Black Peppercorns.
- 3 Dry Red Chilies.
- 5 tbsp Cumin Seeds.
- 4 Bay Leaves
Instructions
- Heat a thick bottom pan over medium heat and toast the coriander, cumin, cardamom, black peppercorns, cloves, Fennel seeds, Mace, Bay leaves, grated Nutmeg and Red chilies for about 10 minutes. Stir from time to time.
- Remove the ingredients, let it cool, add all the spices to the mixer grinder and have a fine powder.
- Store the powder in a air tight container.
